Hi! My name is Chris Sciberras
I’m a mum of two girls. I’ve lived in Merrow for many years and have been actively involved in supporting Merrow Schools Federation for more than a decade.
During this time, I have served as Chair of the PTA, Vice Chair of Governors, athletics coach, parent volunteer and recently secured more than £70,000 in grant funding to enable the refurbishment of the school’s All-Weather Pitch.
Professionally, I work in governance, helping sports organisations improve governance, decision-making and accountability. Much of my professional life involves examining governance structures, identifying potential conflicts of interest and supporting evidence-based decision making.
I have been open elsewhere about my own views regarding this consultation.
Nevertheless, I believe it is possible to separate personal opinion from factual information, and that is what I have tried to do throughout this website.
